Robert “Bob” Curry, company founder, is a business turnaround specialist, tax resolution expert and business coach. Bob Curry has a strong record of success turning around struggling businesses. He works with them to restore profitability by increasing sales, cutting costs and solving long-standing personnel problems.

Prior to starting his own turnaround management firm, Bob worked for a national consulting firm in Boston, Massachusetts, leading as many as twenty consultants on-site. Prior to that, Bob managed successful turnarounds as President/CEO of troubled companies ranging in size from $100 to $500 million in annual sales.

Bob Curry’s extensive managerial experience and his formal financial education, combined with his friendly personality, give him the skills to cut through the clutter in a business environment. Bob has extensive experience in business leadership roles (President / Chief Executive Officer) and financial executive positions (CFO) for companies as large as $500 million. He started his career in public accounting after passing the CPA exam in Pennsylvania.

Lee, a seasoned business leader. worked at a high growth company that increased earnings 20% each year during his tenure.  He ultimately led a division of the company, with full P&L responsibility, that included 6 legal entities and revenues of $300 million.  Areas of functional expertise include Operations, Human Resources, Finance and General Management.
