Financial Process Improvement
- Cash Flow Management and Forecasting RSC has developed a thirteen-week cash flow management program that is sophisticated enough to project the cash flow for the company for the next three months of business but is simple enough that the client can use with great success once the software program is installed and the client is properly trained.
- Development of Formal Business Plan RSC has been asked to develop a formal business plan for start-up businesses by clients that are considering going to the market to raise debt or equity funds. RSC has developed business plans for companies that are looking for a line of credit from a commercial bank as little as $250,000 to a start-up international medical practice looking to raise $250 million.
- Credit and Collections Procedures Many companies are in financial trouble because of the company’s poor ability to set proper credit limits and collect their accounts receivable balances from their customers. - Executive Mentoring RSC will work with the client’s executives helping them with determining the “outcomes” that they need to accomplish with their efforts to make the client successful. RSC assists the client’s executives to make sure that their results are rewarded, not their efforts.
- Position Descriptions & Organizational Structure RSC believes that a team of “focused” employees whose individual daily activities are in line with the long-term corporate mission is attainable. Documenting and communicating the position descriptions along with the chart of organization to all employees helps everyone in the organization to clearly understand their role and responsibilities.
- Executive Recruiting, Interviewing, and Hiring Fewer things are of higher importance in any business than having the right people in the client’s company and on their management team. RSC can effectively recruit, interview, hire, and train all employee levels from administration, labor, sales, and/or senior management.
- Senior Management Outsourcing & Temporary Staffing RSC will work with the client to recruit and hire the proper qualified candidate for the open management position for the client. If that position is determined to be temporary, RSC will contact Temporary Staffing firms with the job order to find, negotiate, and place the qualified candidate.
Special Project Support
- Financial Turnaround Strategies RSC will develop the proper financial strategies for the client to support the client’s effort to make the company profitable and cash flow positive. In most of RSC’s Profit Improvement Engagements, RSC will work “hand-on” with the client to turn-around the client’s results of operations because of RSC’s specialized experience in this field.
- Due Diligence Audits RSC will perform Due Diligence Audits for companies that are considering being sold or acquired. RSC has worked with several clients preparing the company to improve their balance sheet and income statement to help make the company a more attractive target and enhance the value of the target company to the acquiring company.
- Merger and Acquisition Evaluations RSC works with clients during Merger and Acquisitions transactions performing feasibility studies on potential target companies. We review financials, sales and marketing compatibility, merging operations, eliminate redundant functions and expenses and develop a plan for acquisition and merger of the two operations.
- Start-up Business Ventures RSC works with clients interested in doing a Start-up Business Venture by creating a business plan that will describe all functional areas of the business including the business model, the sales and marketing vision, the management team, the break-even plan, and the capital needed to support the ramp-up of the business. RSC after the business plan has been developed will help the client raise the funds from Angel Investors, venture capital firms, private equity firms, etc.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Implementation and Adoption
- CRM Software & Database Installation RSC will oversee initial installation and industry specific customization process to properly capture and database all key aspects of the customer, vendor, partner, and client relationships.
- Sales Force Implementation and Training RSC trains all personnel from administration through management to incorporate the CRM resources and functionality into the daily procedure to best maximize the information, management, automation, and reporting capabilities of the system.
- Tracking, Reporting, and Accountability Systems RSC implements tracking, reporting and accountability systems that provides the client with weekly, monthly and quarterly results documenting measurable outcomes enabling more efficient marketing campaigns and tighter sales accountability.
- Customer Follow-up and Retention Programs RSC develops customer follow-up and retention programs that keeps the client in constant communication with their customers to help generate better retention, and more after-market sales.
